“How To” Rooms are set up for AMS 360/AMS AfW, AMS InStar, AMS Sagitta, BenefitPoint and AMS Producer Plus/SilverPlume Solutions.

Visit the "How To" Rooms to receive one-on-one assistance from AMS technicians. Several computer systems will be available, so bring your specific questions, and we'll work with you to find a solution. "Walk-ins" are welcome; however, if you would like to make an appointment with a specific AMS technician, stop by early to schedule a time.
