 Exclusive Time in Exhibit Area – This is time we have set aside when the attendees will not have education or events to attend. This will be a very busy time in the Exhibit Area; we recommend that you plan accordingly.

Conference Updates

Exhibitor updates will be sent to you on a periodic basis, keeping you up-to-date on the conference, deadlines, and other important information. Be sure to have your IT department White List 64.132.221.121 and add amsug@informz.net to your address book.

 


Attendee Roster

Attendee lists will be provided to all exhibitors and sponsors approximately one (1) month prior to the event. Lists include only those who have consented to be included in distribution. If you send promotional material to conference attendees, please follow good, professional practices and exercise respect for attendees’ time and resources by making limited contact and strictly avoiding excessive and repetitive communications. Specifically, only one (1) promo­tion sent by e-mail is permitted to conference attendees. This roster is for the partner/sponsor/exhibitor’s one time use only, and not to be distributed to other entities.

Make sure you plan your schedule accordingly to actively participate in the Exhibit Area Grand Opening, and Friday’s Networking Reception, as well as the Grand Finale Celebration

 


Conference Registration

One Complimentary registration is included with each 10x10 booth.  You will receive a VIP code that will allow you to register online. Once you have your VIP code, click here to enter your login and password to register.

If you don’t have a login and password, send an e-mail to exhibits@amsug.org, and we will provide you with your registration information.

Does a complimentary registration include hotel?
Complimentary registrations do not include hotel or related expenses. We recommend you make your reservations as early as possible.

 Do you have Exhibit Area Only registration? 
You may purchase an Exhibit Area Only pass for $249.  The Exhibit Area Only pass does not include the Grand Finale Celebration tickets, which can be purchased for $49 when you register online.

 Can I attend the education sessions? 
Yes, provided you have a full conference registration (Exhibit Area Only passes are not eligible.)  If you want to attend sessions, please register for the sessions you plan to attend.

Door Prize Drawings

Drawings will be held and announced during the afternoon networking receptions.   If you plan to give away a door prize, please send an e-mail to exhibits@amsug.org so that we can include your prize in the schedule of announcements.

 



Reserving Your Booth for 2011 National Conference

Corporate Partners will receive an opportunity to select their booth space on Thursday, March 25. AMSUG exhibits will distribute all other exhibit contracts at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 27.  Booths will be reserved on first- come, first-served basis.  If you want a great location for next year, be sure to plan accordingly and come to conference prepared to reserve your 2011 exhibit space.
