May I attend
any classes?
All education sessions are open to all registered attendees regardless
of the system; However you must be registered to attend specific classes. If you are interested in sitting
in on an Executive Briefing session, please do so (you do not
have to be a manager). You will actually pre-register for each session. NEW for 2010: AMSUG is going green! TICKETS WILL NOT BE PRINTED FOR CLASSES THIS YEAR. We will make every effort to accommodate attendees for each class selected. However, popular sessions will fill quickly. Be sure to arrive early to ensure your seat! Should you find yourself in a session that
isn’t what you expected, please feel free to choose another session.
If you choose to leave an active session, do so with as little
disruption as possible.
What Optional
Events or Spouse/Guest Tours should I plan to attend?
You are welcome to attend any and all of the Optional
Events. Please register early since space is limited.
I feel somewhat
intimidated attending conference for the first time. Do you have
any suggestions?
The first time you attend The AMS Users Group National Conference,
it may be a little overwhelming. To assist you in understanding
all the activities and to meet and make new friends, PLEASE attend
the First-Time Attendee Orientation, Thursday, March 25 at 1:00 p.m. Check
your program for the location.
Can I purchase
additional Grand Finale Celebration tickets?
Additional Grand Finale Celebration tickets may be purchased separately for
$49. Look for this line item when you register online. Please Note: This event is not an environment suitable for children, Adults only.
What if
I want to attend the first day, and I want my CSR to attend the
second day of classes. How would I register?
One-day passes are available for purchase. Please contact Dani Carriveau for more information.
What if
I change my mind about the classes I have selected? Should I notify
anyone?
Pre-registration is required for classes. TICKETS WILL NOT BE PRINTED FOR CLASSES THIS YEAR. If you decide to change
your selections prior to attending conference, please e-mail
the conference department with your name, ID and the changes you wish to make by Course Number. If you decide to
change your classes once you are onsite, you will need to go directly to the class you wish to attend and "stand by" for entrance. You will be admitted on a space available basis.
What time
should I plan my arrival into Nashville?
National Conference Registrants - plan your arrival for
- Pre Conference CE Credit Classes - Arive by Wednesday March 24, classes begin at 12:00 Noon
- First-Time Attendee Orientation - Arive by Thursday, March 25, orientation begins at 1:00 p.m.
- Visit Exhibit Area before regular classes begin Thursday, March 25, 2:00 p.m.
What is
the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations received in writing before 1/9/10 will be fully
refunded. Those received in writing on or after 1/9/10 will be
refunded 50% to cover advanced costs, etc. NO REFUNDS
WILL BE MADE AFTER 2/13/10.
