The preferred method for registering is online. All registrations must include course selections and payment, or they will not be processed. Credit card information is required for online registrations.

Registering Online is the easiest and fastest way to register, go now>>. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to enter your personal Username and Password. If you do not have your Username and Password or have forgotten yours, please click Password Recovery.

After verifying your agency contact information is correct, select the attendee name from the drop down list, or if you are the Primary Contact for your agency, you can add or change your agency contact information online.

IMPORTANT: We recommend you have your class selections readily available before going online to register to avoid any issues, particularly during high traffic times.

Next, select your agency management system type. Then, you will be prompted to select classes and events for each time slot. After selecting courses and other optional activities, you will be prompted to either register additional attendees or to check out. A credit card will be required for online registration.

Payment must be made in U.S. currency by credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard and VISA. Your registration cannot be processed unless appropriate fees are received and class selections are made.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing before 1/9/10 will be fully refunded. Those received in writing on or after 1/9/10 will be refunded 50% to cover advanced printing costs, etc. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER 2/13/10.
