Special Notice:

Last year at the National Conference in Washington, Vertafore introduced their new brand and re-organization. In keeping with Vertafore’s changes the board recommended the the following update to the Bylaws regarding the definition of members. This was approved and passed at the Annual Business Meeting at National Conference in Nashville, TN.

3.01.a) Members.  Membership in the Corporation shall be composed of insurance agencies, managing general agents or brokers doing business as individuals, partnerships, corporations, or other forms of business organizations who represent principally those insurance companies who operate on a commission basis for their own account and own their expiration within the terms of their agency contracts, who have a good business reputation, and use Vertafore’s,  or its successors or assigns, products in their agencies.
